Cecilia Jones
Founder & Director
Cecilia is a people strategist, coach, mentor, and facilitator with more than 25 years’ experience working across government, health, Defence, not-for-profit, and industry sectors. She supports individuals, teams, and organisations to build clarity, capability, and confidence in how they work, lead, and collaborate within complex organisational systems.
Cecilia’s work is grounded in deep organisational and human resources experience, combined with a practical, people-centred approach to development. She designs and delivers individual and team coaching, facilitation, training, and people strategy that is evidence-based, highly contextual, and focused on real-world application — not theory for theory’s sake.
Known for her warm, grounded style, Cecilia creates spaces for honest conversation, reflection, and meaningful learning that lead to sustainable shifts in behaviour, culture, and performance.
Cecilia (FCPHR, M.Ed, B.Ed) is a certified fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FCPHR) and is an accredited and certified coach and conflict coach (LEADR) and is an accredited DiSC assessor. Cecilia holds a Masters of Education and Bachelor of Education.
Tania Willis

Tania is an Executive and Leadership Coach with over two decades of senior leadership experience in higher education. She specialises in building high-performing, positive work cultures and supporting leaders through career transitions and development.
As a coach, Tania employs an empathetic yet practical approach grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology and strengths-based methodologies. Because she's sat in their seat, clients value her non-judgmental style and her ability to help them clarify their strengths and values, navigate complex challenges and lead with authentic confidence. As a facilitator and trainer, she fosters psychological safety, enabling team members to build awareness and develop the skills that create environments where trust, open communication, and collaboration thrive.
Tania is the current President and Board Director of the Australasia Chapter of the ICF and Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, maintaining a deep connection to the global coaching profession and commitment to the highest standards of ethical practice. An experienced facilitator and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 850 hours of executive coaching across government, defence, higher education and not-for-profit organisations, she helps leaders enhance their effectiveness, strengthen team performance and navigate organisational challenges.
David French

David is a leadership development facilitator and business strategy expert with deep experience operating in complex, high-stakes environments.
He served for 21 years in the Australian Army as an Infantry Officer, leading Australian soldiers on operations in Timor-Leste, Iraq, and Afghanistan. This foundation continues to shape his practical, disciplined, and people-focused approach to leadership.
Since leaving the Army, David has worked extensively as a consultant and business leader across Health, Defence, and National Security. His work spans people operations in intelligence and surveillance environments, workforce planning, strategy, and leadership development — supporting organisations to navigate complexity and deliver with clarity.
David has worked with organisations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises with hundreds of thousands of employees. Most recently, he was the Global Defence Operations Leader at Accenture, supporting 20 business units across North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe to design and deliver solutions across workforce, strategy, operations, GenAI, and leadership.
He is committed to delivering high-impact leadership coaching, team development, organisational culture, and business strategy work across industries. Known for his grounded and practical style, David works with leaders to build capability, strengthen teams, and drive meaningful, sustainable performance.
David designs and leads enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives, including strategic leadership programs, emerging leader pathways, executive coaching, and organisational culture workshops.
Lisa Gaines

Lisa is a Leader and Team Coach and Facilitator with 16 years of experience developing high-performing leaders and teams across corporate, government, healthcare, and entrepreneurial environments.
Her clients range from emerging leaders to senior executives in Fortune 500 organisations, alongside extensive work with Australian government departments at both federal and state levels. Lisa supports individuals and teams to strengthen leadership capability, elevate communication, and build psychologically safe, high-performing cultures in increasingly complex environments.
Lisa’s approach is grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of team dynamics. She works in a way that is both supportive and results-focused, helping clients move beyond insight into meaningful behavioural change. Known for her warmth and depth, she creates environments where honest reflection, courageous conversations, and practical action can occur, enabling leaders and teams to build trust, accountability, and sustained performance.
Lisa has delivered more than 2,600 hours of coaching and over 3,000 hours of facilitation globally, partnering with organisations including multinational corporations, government agencies, and not-for-profits to create lasting shifts in leadership and culture.
Lisa is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and a coach trainer, mentor, and assessor supporting coaches through their credentialing pathways. She currently serves as President of the ICF ACT Branch, contributing to the advancement of the coaching profession and the development of high standards of practice.
